Dr. Fang was born in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. at 14. He went on to earn a B.A. in Biochemistry from NYU, followed by both a D.D.S. and M.P.H. from Columbia University. He continued his training with an oral surgery internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center.
A dedicated clinician and global health advocate, Dr. Fang joined the ENAHPA Medical Mission Delegation in 2004 and has published numerous papers in his field. He holds admitting privileges at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Brooklyn Hospital Center and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
